Error code 0x80070091 description:-

                         Error 0x80070091 generally cause on Windows operating systems when you are trying to delete some files or folders.This may have many reasons that have sometimes no permission for deleting particular file or folder.Sometimes you want to delete some files or folders because due to virus software and corrupted files and drives.So you got an error message 0x80070091.

Steps to resolve the error code 0x80070091:-

        1.Open the Run Windows and enter the CMD in the command box and press ok button.
        2.Then Right click on CMD and select as Run administrator.
        3.Then follow the following commands in command prompt and enter for each command:                                      “chkdsk /f /r X:”( x means drive letter for the external hard drive).

         4.press "Y" when you are prompted check the disk that the next time that the time restarts.
         5.close all the programs and restart your computer.

              When you restart your system, your computer will be scanned for errors and attempts will be made to correct them. While performing check disk on the hard drive if any bad sectors are found on the hard drive when chkdsk tries to repair that sector if any data available on that might be lost.
